Inspiration Arie lived by

I thank all the parts of my body and go on to the dream with the frequency of the light, to another world where my Mom and Dad are hugging me strongly. I can feel strong heat. Both of them are young and beautiful, the way I know them from the pictures, forever young. All of a sudden joining us is Rivka's Mom Peppi with a wide smile. I am really excited to hear her say to me, "I loved you from the first minute I saw you. I cared about you and hoped you would have a good life with my daughter, which I felt has taken after her Dad Yacov, who did not know how to show love and hurt me many times with his behavior."

I am more surprised when Rivka's father approaches me and asks me to forgive him for the way he treated me so badly while he was a living person. Only now he understands how much love I have radiated to him. Both of them radiate love towards me.

Also joining is my Uncle Mishu from Beer Sheva who knew Rivka's parents even before we knew each other and who lived a long life. Then my Grandma Lea joins with a wide smile and with her heart full of love, radiating love and calling me the way she used to, "Leonash." My Grandpa Shmuel joins us and apologizes for not showing me his love that he had in his heart for me because he was busy fighting the infection of this prostate which caused him to pass away at a young age. He keeps telling me that he felt a big responsibility by passing on to me in the genes his enlarged prostate, but he said that he was making sure that I will not have to have any operation.

Then my Aunt Nuti joins and Shimon's mom, both passed away from cancer, and thank me for being there for them during their difficult moments of their life. Also joining me is my Aunt Maria who used to give me a bath in a small bath (gigit) and then Shmuel's mom, Aunt Shaina, joined me. She was very proud of my dad and she was the one to pass on the love of the family.

In short, I was so excited that I don't remember who else was there. All of them expressed their love to me and promised to help me on my way to continue to live healthy with my loving family.

Here in the march of love, guiding me back to the route of life, is the spirit of my loving wife Rivka joined by the spirit of my son Zvika, who taught me how to enter to the wonderful life of the spirit.

To them joins us Anat, our youngest daughter, with Moti her husband. I can feel their love. Even though in the daily routine Moti does not know how to express love, I feel it without words. I can also feel the support of our daughter Lea and Shlomo, while their love is expressed in a way of a quiet prayer.

I am excited the most from the support of my grandchildren, while each and every one of them (Itay, Dikla, Karin and Ram) in their way are sending me the energy of love. Also the grandchildren from here (Leeran, Matan and Maytal), it is interesting how Maytal without understanding is transferring to me lots of good energy and also Matan.

Leeran is thinking more as the way we are programmed in our life and when we grow up. We keep thinking in a different way which actually takes us away from the original energy. That is why I feel from Maytal and Matan that they are closer to the original energy without any effect of the conditioning of people. They transfer to me very clean energy, which helps me to feel stronger.

I am very excited from all the love that is guiding me on the path of life. I give thanks to the closest spirit to me, my wife Rivka, who is driving courage within the whole group. I am awake with a smile from the journey which excited me and get up as a new person from the warm bath.

2009-04-29 MEDITATION - LIGHT AND COLOR

Meditate three times a day:

• Imagine yourself inhaling white light into your stomach and circle it clockwise for one minute
• Imagine a blood red color in your stomach and circle it clockwise for one minute
• Imagine yellow sunlight and circle it clockwise for one minute
• Imagine orange light and circle it in a counter-clockwise direction
• Bring back the white light for one minute and complete the meditation

2009-04-30 MEDITATION - ASKING SPIRIT AND BODY

In the next few meditations, please ask your spirit and body the following questions. Please ask only one question per meditation and take time with it. Do not rush the answers, they are important.

• If I stay on the current course without doing a thing, how long do I have to live?
• Why have I created this condition?
• If I were to reverse this condition, what will I live for?
• Do I need a biopsy to determine how my body will react to chemo, or does my body approve the proposed pills?
• Should I start the chemo treatment? If yes, then when?
• When did the entity in my stomach form and why?
• What was the energetic signature behind that?
• What feelings, sensations, or thoughts are captured in the energetic signature that was the moment of conception for the entity in my stomach?

Allow your body and stomach to lead you to the moment of conception and experience the thoughts, feelings, sensations on that particular moment. This moment is very important to connect to. Once you connect to the conception moment, stay with it and follow its growth until your reach the TODAY moment. Thank your body for the journey, come back and write your experiences.

2009-05-01 MEDITATION - THE NEED FOR MEDICAL INTERVENTION

9:30 AM I am already half an hour into pampering my body and myself in the warm and pleasant bath, while the warm water is patting my body. Here I am starting my deep breathing and reaching out to my stomach, which is bothering me a little with some pain in the middle. I start asking my stomach, "What is bothering you and how can I help?"

I also want to ask, "How do you feel? Do you think that you are able to overcome and manage on your own without any outside help? If you will not get any medical help, how long are you able to maintain yourself until the other organs in the body will stop functioning in harmony and will cause the body to collapse? And then for me, my soul, I don't have any hold in this world any more..."
